We specialize in personalized scalp treatments and results-driven Korean skincare treatments, blending science, self-care, and a holistic approach to beauty. Through expert care and a calming environment, we’re here to restore balance, nurture wellness, and celebrate the beauty that starts from within. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Lasheaskinlab, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with an uninterrupted, relaxing experience. To secure your time, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking. This policy applies to all clients. Deposits • Services under $100 require a $20 deposit • Services $100 and above require a 25% deposit • Deposits are applied toward your final balance on the day of your visit • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable Intake Form & Waiver (REQUIRED) All clients must complete the required intake form and waiver prior to their appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until all forms are completed. Appointments without completed forms by the required deadline will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions. Cancellations & Rescheduling I completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service total • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total All applicable fees will be charged to the card on file. Card on File & Booking Privileges A valid card on file is required for all appointments. • Declined cards must be updated within 24 hours • Outstanding balances will result in paused booking privileges until resolved.
